Walnut and Raspberry Baked Brie

A delightfully easy baked brie topped with brown sugar, candied walnuts and raspberries.

Ingredients

  • Unicorn Cheese Double Brie

  • 1 handful of raspberries

  • 40 grams of butter

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 cup of walnuts

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C and line two trays with baking paper.

  2. Add butter, walnuts and sugar to a small pot over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir regularly until butter and sugar have melted, making sure that sugar does not burn.

  3. Once walnuts are coated, scatter mixture onto tray to cool. Spread walnuts apart to prevent them from sticking together.

  4. Place brie on second tray, topped with a sprinkle of brown sugar, and bake for 10-15minutes.

  5. Once baked, remove brie from oven and allow to cool for a minute or two before topping with your candied walnut mixture. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh raspberries.
