Honey and Garlic Baked Brie
A simple baked brie that takes no time at all!
Ingredients
All The Graze Double Brie
1 clove sliced garlic (plus some extra full clove for appearance)
Drizzle of olive oil
1 tablespoon of honey
Fresh thyme
Sprinkle of chilli flakes
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Diagonally score the top of the cheese, so that all the flavours can infuse while baking.
Slice garlic into slithers and scatter over brie, pushing some slithers into the scores.
Drizzle honey and olive oil over the top brie. Add some fresh thyme and a sprinkle of chilli flakes.
Place brie in oven and bake for 10-15minutes.
Once baked, remove brie from oven, finish with a drizzle of fresh olive oil.
Toast some crunchy bread and start dipping!
