Baked Camembert with Caramelised Apples & Macadamia Nuts
Ingredients
Flinders Estate Camembert
1 apple
30g Butter
Olive oil
3-4 Tbsp brown sugar
3 sprigs of Rosemary
Macadamia nuts
Preheat oven to 180*C.
Pierce the top of the Camembert in various places and place on oven tray. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat butter in a non-stick pan until it starts to bubble. Add sugar and leave until mixture is heated.
Add sliced apples and rosemary sprigs and cook until the apples golden and sauce thickens.
Once cheese is baked remove from oven and top with caramelised apples sauce.
Sprinkle a handful of crushed Macadamia nuts over the dish and serve with bread or crackers.
