Triple Cream Brie LT

Ingredients

  • 200g Triple Cream Brie

  • French style long baguette

  • 5-6 slices bacon/pancetta

  • Tomato

  • Chutney

  • Spinach/cress

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Place pancetta or bacon on a tray lined with baking paper and bake until lightly crispy. Slice baguette in half, spread chutney and sliced tomatoes. Top with bacon, slices of triple cream brie, and cress. Cut into 4 equal pieces and serve.
