  1. Raw milk received
  2. Pasteurisation
  3. Addition of ingredients (milk, starter cultures (penicillium candidum))
  4. Vat filling & setting, addition of rennet (non-animal)
  5. Cutting
  6. Stirring
  7. The curd is poured into our cheese moulds
  8. Turning
  9. Cheese salt is added to preserve and flavour
  10. De-hooping
  11. Curing
  12. Packaging
  13. Our cheese is then dispatched to various national markets
